To create a ladder, you must be a ladder organizer (players can't create ladders).

To create a ladder:

1. Go the Ladders list page.
2. Click on the NEW LADDER link at the top.
3. Fill in the ladder details: name, type, start date, end date, registration deadline, ranking options ...
4. Click on the Create Ladder button at the bottom. At this point your ladder is created and you customize it for your needs.
5. Next, you can specify your ladder type (singles / doubles), ladder rules such as number of positions a player can challenge up or down, point system...

As the ladder organizer, you can add players to the ladder:

1. Go the your ladder details page from the Home page (or ladders list page)
2. Click on the PLAYERS link at the top
3. Click on the Add Player button: you can either add an existing player (someone who is already in the system, maybe playing in another ladder), or a new player
4. Follow the prompts: either enter player details, or select player(s) from the list presented (note that you also seach for players in this list).
5. Once your player is added, we handle all details about player login (no action is needed on your part). The player will receive a notifcation that she or he was added to the ladder.

Note that for public ladders, players can register for the ladder on their own (self-running ladder). Your Ladder details page provides you with the details (bottom section).

Yes. As the ladder organizer, you can make your ladders public such that players can register on their own. Your Ladder details page provides you with the links to use (see bottom of the page). From the public ladder page, players can click on the Join button to join the ladder.

Yes, box ladders are fully supported. Creating box ladders is easy with just a few clicks and minimal details !

1. Go to the Players page
2. Click on the row of the player to whom you want to send an email (don’t click on the name as this will open the player details). Watch the Selected Players number (above players table on the left) change as you click. Hint: try click on the circled number of selected players (this toggles selecting de-selecting all players).
3. Go to the ADMIN menu at the top and select Copy Player Emails to clipboard.
4. Open your email client (for example: Microsoft Outlook or other) and paste the emails just copied in the To field.
5. You can now enter your email message and send it from your email client.

There are a couple of reasons why a player can't login:

1. The player forgot his or her password: the player can reset the password. We provide a secure link to reset the password from the Login page.
2. The player doesn't have an account (probably didn't register). In this case, resend the ladder invitation to this player (from the Players page). Make sure to ask players to check their spam / junk mail folder for the registration email.
3. The player was not approved: in case your ladder requires approval, you must approve each player before (see the Players page) they can access the ladder.

Yes. As a ladder organizer, you can submit any match scores. You can also delete matches and pending challenges. Player rankings are adjusted accordingly !

No. Once a score submitted in cannot be changed as there is no way to reconcile rankings as of the match date. You can, however, delete the match.

No. You can create as many ladders as you like. UNLIMITED.

As the ladder organizer, you can delete members. Note that this will completely remove player from the system and from all ladders. Note that deleted members can not longer login to the system !

2. Click on the MEMBERS link at the top.
3. Click on the member you wish to delete.
4. Click on the ADMIN menu at the top.
5. Click on the Delete --MEMBER NAME-- and follow the prompts.

If your ladder does not require challenges, then you can create a new match and submit the score:

1. Go the your ladder details page from the Home page (or ladders list page).
2. Click on the MATCHES link at the top.
3. Click on the New Match button.
4. From here select the players (click where it says Select challenger …). Then, enter the score.
5. Click on Save at the bottom after confirming the score. You match is now saved.

WARNING: Once submitted, a match's score cannot be changed !

If you are playing in a challenge ladder, you can challenge players based on rules set by your ladder organizer:

1. Go the your ladder details page from the Home page.
2. Click on the PLAYERS link at the top.
3. From the list of players, find the player you would like to challenge and click on Challenge from the right-menu.
4. The system wil send your challenge to your opponent. Once accepted, you can play the game and submit your score (rankings are automatically computed).
5. Note: if your ladder does not support issuing challenges, your simply request a match instead.

If this is a challenge ladder, then you can submit the score by following these steps:

1. Go the your ladder details page from the Home page (or ladders list page).
2. Click on the CHALLENGES link at the top.
3. Find your challenge and click on its ID.
4. Once in the challenge details screen, click on the Enter Score button.
5. From here select the players (click where it says Select challenger …). Then, enter the score.
6. Click on Save at the bottom after confirming the score. You match is now saved and challenge is complete.
